Happy Friday! Today is another edition of Friday 5 and our special guest is someone who is incredibly hard working, smart, handsome and funny. He’s the life of the party, an amazing husband, and a loving father. He’s my Dad! Here are 5 things that he is loving right now.
- 4Ocean is a cause important to my Dad (and our family). Did you know that by 2050, there will be more plastic than fish in the ocean if we continue our current habits? We need to change and encourage others to change. 4Ocean is committed to recovering trash from the ocean and they use the plastic that they find to create bracelets like this one.
2. About three years ago, my Mom signed up my Dad for Dollar Shave Club. He loves the convenience of receiving razors and shave butter in the mail. Since he shaves about three times a week, he receives razors in the mail every other month. He loves that they provide a clean, smooth shave without any irritation.
3. Every year for the past twelve years, My Mom has bought my Dad an Old Navy U.S. flag shirt around the 4th of July. He absolutely loves these affordable and timeless shirts!
4. My Dad is lactose intolerant and he was so happy when he finally found a milk that he could enjoy! (I have to admit that this chocolate milk is SO good. One glass is never enough!)
5. This cologne smells AMAZING! It has notes of bergamot, vanilla, and nutmeg. It’s both spicy and smoky and my Dad receives numerous compliments when he wears this to work, church, dinner, etc.
