Thankful Sunday

I hope you had a great weekend! Sunday is a great time to reflect about the past week and set goals and intentions for the upcoming week. During this global pandemic, it’s important to remember that there is good in the world. You have to shift your perspective and find the positives. We are being pushed out of our comfort zones and challenged to live in a different way. Change may be hard, but it is not always bad. So, here are 5 things that I am thankful for this Sunday:

  • Spending time with my husband– Since my husband and I are both educators in the same district, we were able to work from home during this past school year’s fourth quarter. It was nice to spend SO much time together.
  • Spending time with our cats– We have two perfect cats, Ella and Oliver, who we love so much. We love being home with them all day and playing with them.
  • Healthy parents– My parents both strive to get 10,000 steps every day and they are taking the necessary precautions to stay safe during this pandemic. I am SO thankful that they value their health and that they are safe.
  • Our home– Since my husband and I have been working from home since March, we have been able to spend so much time in our beautiful new home. We have also been able to complete lots of home projects during quarantine- paint walls, have furniture delivered, hang artwork, mount a TV, hang curtains, build shelving for the garage, etc.
  • My job– This past week, my husband and I went back to work to get ready for the upcoming school year. We are so thankful that we both have jobs!

What are you thankful for? What are your goals for this upcoming week?

I hope your week is great!

Peace + Love,

Molly
