Bloggers, Olivia Rink and Brittany Chaffe, posted non-inspiring lists of things that make them human. They inspired me to write my own:
I’m Molly, but my parents call me Nala, from The Lion King. I grew up in a loving home in a small college town. I always wished I had a twin, but my parents say they couldn’t handle two of me.
I’m a third grade teacher or as I like to say a world changer. I strive to make a difference everyday. At the end of the day, I hope people see me as love and truth.
I’m a Gemini and an Enneagram 2, The Helper. Interesting fact: two people who inspire me, Princess Diana and Mother Theresa, have Enneagram 2 characteristics as well. I wear my heart on my sleeve and I live by the motto: “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.” I find joy in serving others. I love to hear people’s stories and I have dreams of compiling these stories into a book one day.
I am married to an amazing human who is also a teacher. He is my best friend.
I have the most amazing parents. I talk to my Dad every morning and my Mom every afternoon.
When I’m mad or upset, my hair turns to fire. I’m sweet but spicy.
I love sour beer and trying new wines. I love adventure and all things nature: hikes, trails, waterfalls, etc. I love expressing my creativity. I’ve recently been looking into pottery studios. Maybe an upcoming date day/night? I love the ability to express myself. I’m a hippie at heart. One minute I’ll be worshipping to Christian music and the next I’ll be jamming to hip hop music.
I talk loud and I laugh louder. I have read every Nicholas Sparks book. I love LOVE and happy endings. I fall asleep in movies, even if I picked it.
Most of all, I love God! “When I fight, I fight on on my knees. The battle belongs to You.”
