Day 5 was all things Olympics! We woke up early, ate breakfast at the hotel, and headed to the metro to go to HANDBALL. Fun Fact: The only sport the U.S. does not compete in is handball. I think I know what sport J is going to learn next!
We saw two matches: Slovenia vs. Denmark & Netherlands vs. Angola.
It was then time to head back to the hotel and relax.
We then ate a late lunch/early dinner at a neat cafe near the metro. I had French soup and J had a veggie burger and French fries! YUM!!
Next, we headed to the 13th arrondisment and admired all of the street art.
It was then time to take the metro back to the 7th arrondisement and get a good night’s sleep!
