Day three:
Early morning wakeup to hike Eldorado Canyon State Park. Now, trying to find the Eldo Shuttle was an adventure. (The parking at many of the state parks was minimal, so we had to park at an off-site location for many of the hikes and take a shuttle to the trailhead.)

We sat on a bench, ate a snack, drank some water, and watched the climbers. It was so peaceful and quiet in the mountains.

Now to Boulder, CO.
Home of the University of Colorado. GO BUFFS!
Jermaine’s favorite player growing up was Deion Sanders, so it was SO neat to see where he coaches now.

Of course, I had to Gator chomp. Hopefully, Coach Prime wasn’t watching this from his office.

Then, to downtown Boulder for lunch at Mountain Sun Pub & Brewery. This area known as Pearl Street Mall is home to many shops. We enjoyed walking and looking around after lunch.

Then, we stopped by Twenty Ninth Street (town center) to preuse the local Lululemon.

Finally, it was time to head back to the hotel and relax before dinner.
For dinner, we headed to the Denver Central Market. We ate at Vero Italian. The pasta was delicious!!

Ever since we had Coca-Cola out of a glass bottle in Paris, it has become one of our things. It just tastes different (in a good way).
Also, I married a model. (all the heart eyes).

Of course, I had to get a sweet treat after dinner. Since the Denver Central Market was a food hall, dessert was easily accessible. I got a scoop of “Cookies (three ways)” from High Point Creamery.
Then, back on the Lime scooters to adventure and see more of the city before heading back to the hotel!

Then, we showered and watched some of Season 3 of the Coach Prime documentary on Amazon.
Peace & Love,
Molly
